How To Look Great In Photos
Almost everyone wants a great photo of themselves for family, friends and social networking. Here are 3 of my top tips to make sure you look great in front of the camera.
How to avoid the dreaded double chin when you smile - Just remember the 3Ts - Turtle, Tuck and Tilt! Often when we smile, we tend to pull our heads back, making those extra chins appear on even the slimmest. A great way to avoid this is to push your head forward (like a turtle) then slightly tuck your chin down and finally a tiny tilt of the head (to the side for girls, to the front for boys). Try it in the mirror a few times. It\'s really effective.
What about eyes squinting as we smile? Humans are all drawn to big eyes - it\'s why the Panda is so well loved! For this it\'s always a good idea to be looking up at the camera. Just a bit, but enough to show the bottom of the whites of your eyes. They\'ll look big and beautiful this way!
Want to look slimmer in photos? The key things to remember here are to stretch and keep everything apart. This means standing or sitting as if there\'s a string pulling you up by the top of your head and stretching your whole body up. Once you\'re there, remember to keep your arms away from your body, even just a bit, as they\'ll look loads thinner once they\'re not pressed up against anything.
Well, there you have it. My top 3 tips for looking great in photos. Hope to see loads of gorgeous pictures!
