The Cuban is the new destination cocktails bar in Tunbridge Wells, this funky bar offers the very best in classic cocktails along with some more creative combinations mixed by one of our talented team, mix in some great food, great music and an extensive rum library and you’ll be sure to experience an evening to remember.

We are currently looking for experienced bartenders, preferably with great cocktail knowledge, to work full time and possibly part time for us.

Good rates of pay per hour, plus tips, and meals on duty. We provide a cool, non-embarrassing uniform.

You’ll need to be articulate with fluent English, immaculately presented and completely charming. A sense of humour is also essential and this job is not for people who are frightened of getting their hands dirty or late nights.

You’ll be a very confident and well presented individual who will already be working in a similar position and have extensive experience in high quality destination cocktail bars and restaurants. You will be used to provide a very high standard of service and likewise will expect this from the rest of the team

Applicants from overseas workers are welcome, but you must have at least six months working papers.
