Administration Assistant Pa To The Design Director

Jai Kudo Eyewear is a leading optical distributor based in Archway in North London.
We sell our own range of designer frames to opticians worldwide in approximately 40 countries. We currently employ around 120 staff and offer an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience.


An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a bright, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Design department.

As Administration Assistant / PA to our Design Director, your main duties will include:

. Management of correspondence with our suppliers, manufacturers, contractors and agents.
. Diary Management
. Handling shipping documents, samples and prototypes
. General office Administration

Successful applicant will have:

. Outstanding organisational skills
. Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet)
. The ability to multi-task
. Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
. Excellent communication skills
. Great attention to detail
. A thorough and meticulous attitude
. A very professional manner
. An interest in Design

One year’s office experience and a friendly and flexible attitude are also essential in this long- term position. This is a full-time position.

Salary commensurate with experience circa £25kpa.
