We now require an efficient, organised Administrator who has lots of initiative and confidence to join our admin team and work directly for the consultants in the Primary division. Your duties will include; greeting all candidates, assisting them with their registration forms, photocopying and scanning documents, collating documentation required for the vetting process to include references, verifying qualifications etc. It is essential you have a clear, confident telephone manner and an eye for detail. You will be working as part of a team of three administrators who work closely together to ensure an efficient and professional admin service is provided to the consultants.
