Live in homehelp/childcare for friendly family home (Parsons Green)

I live just off Parsons Green with my 2 sons 6/8yrs. We have a lovely home which has been newly decorated and are looking for someone who is happy to take on the responsibility of looking after the house and helping with the boys as I am no good at being and don't want to be a tyrant boss! I am very busy and have not been too well recently and would be delighted to be able to hand over the position to someone who enjoyed the responsibility of looking after things well. My husband and I are divorced and the boys and I moved back to london from the country. We do go to the country a lot on weekends and holidays and would love for someone to join us when possible. It is important for us to find the right personality as they will be very much part of our family. Fluent English is important otherwise I am open to age and experience and more interested in someone who is naturally a 'home' body.
