Hula Hooping in Baker Street

Anna has taught and performed around the world and now, with a cult following already established in London, her energetic and dramatic style is the most fun and sexy way to exercise! Determined to educate people on the power the hoop has to both physically and mentally hone and massage the stress of the day out of your body, she is now offering a class in Baker Street, Central London. Whether wanting to tone and strengthen the body, learn balance and poise, improve fitness or just learn a new skill, hooping can bring an exciting new dimension to your life.

On top of her three adult classes on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (info below), Anna has found a large venue on Baker Street where she will soon commence classes on Wednesday evenings from 7-8.30 ?5. Nearest Tubes: Baker St and Bond St.
