Games Manager & Deputy Games Manager GibraltarA leading online gaming company based in Gibraltar have opportunities for a Games Manager and Deputy Games Manager to join this rapidly expanding company.
We seek applications from suitably experienced and qualified individuals to join the team with the remit to take overall responsibility of the companys expanding games portfolio.
In addition to an existing soft games operation, the company is in the process of implementing a Skill Games platform. These roles will manage the existing operation plus the implementation of the Skill Games.
Job Responsibilities:
Collate and analyse key daily/weekly/monthly data on the performance and profitability of the Games products. Report findings to management and board of directors
Liaise with IT and software suppliers on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the Games products are operating to their maximum potential and that updates or improvements are implemented efficiently.
Generate new product ideas and recommend enhancements to existing products.
Manage Support Team to ensure optimum customer service levels, providing the first point of escalation for any Games related queries.
Implement and manage customer acquisition and retention programmes and analyse player activity.
Liaise with Marketing department to generate and implement promotions and campaigns.
Work with white label partners in order to drive the growth and profitability of their Games offering.
Monitor the performance and availability of Games products and report all findings accordingly
Manage the content of Games products to ensure maximum performance and profitability.
Implement and manage customer acquisition and loyalty programme.
Conduct competitor analysis and retain up-to-date, detailed knowledge of the market place.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of the online Games market.
Experience of managing an online operation and liaising with top level management/directors.
Experience of planning and developing marketing initiatives, player recruitment programmes, player retention programmes.
Determination to succeed, drive and ambition, commitment.
Ability to cope with pressure and deliver to deadlines and targets.
