Project Manager-Europe

Due to company expansion, my client requires an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the industry; looking to expand their skill base and progress their career with one of the largest fit out companies in Europe. As Project Manager you will be required to manage a variety of fit out contracts within Spain, Portugal, Morocco and other European countries. A number of complex projects are planned in the near future and you must have ability and experience to work on large projects. You will:- Supervise and schedule projects ensuring that all agreed terms, deadlines and products are being adhered to. Liaise and report to senior management on project timelines and costings. Manage sub-contractors and 3rd parties effectively to maximise productivity. Ensure that all Health and Safety is complied with by all on site personnel The ideal candidate will possess the following: -Proven leadership and issue resolution skills within project site -You will need to have practical building/ construction / installation experience and have managed sub contractors. -Completed and managed two or three large projects. – From fit out to hand over. -Commercial acumen -Experience of solely managed contracts -Experience of financial and forms of contract related to large projects including design and fit out. -Able to display authority without losing respect of peers and sub-ordinates -Technically competent with relevant qualifications. -Deliver effectively and manage expectations. -Good command of English or first language.
