PA to CEO Gibraltar
A leading private bank is looking for a PA to the CEO for their busy offices in Gibraltar. As PA to the CEO, in addition to the expected duties such as diary management, arrangement of lunches and travel reservations the role will also involve elements of marketing, PR and organisation of local promotional events. You will also be required to prepare and organize presentations to both internal and external clients. With a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role you will be able to work effectively even during times of pressure and have the ability to organize your work schedule efficiently and independently. . Applicants should be fully computer literate with experience of all Microsoft products and be fluent in English. The knowledge of Spanish or another European language would be an advantage.
